Air Conditioning OTP Series
With the same energy input as an electric model, this heat pump can provide 4 times more heat than the electric model. In addition, this heat pump offers the comfort of air conditioning in hot weather.
Various operating modes are available including air conditioning, heating, dehumidification, ventilation, and auto mode. The Ouellet Series can be installed in many types of spaces: dining room and kitchen, living room, family room, commercial building, office building, condo and restaurant.

Central Air Conditioning - Keeprite
Keeprite® air conditioners and heat pumps offer twice the efficiency of older units. With a two-speed fan, it can run on low speed most of the time, reducing its energy consumption by 80%.
All models are certified with high quality components to ensure quiet operation. To keep noise levels low, each unit isolates the compressor with a soundproof shell and has components that eliminate the possibility of vibration.
These units are equipped with R410A refrigerant. This refrigerant is non-toxic and is EPA approved.
Please note: Only the Keeprite CSH5 uses a 2-stage compressor.

The 2-stage compression technology allows you to have two units in one. On a thermostat request, the unit starts at low speed, reducing uncomfortable temperature variations and using a fraction of the available power.
